Stand-by and Annual Leave Entitlement

GMB Rotherham are currently Campaigning for All workers within RMBC to have their Holiday entitlement and Stand-by payments unionised. This is to bring all lower paid workers (Bands A to G (SCP 02 to 23) within RMBC to the same rate of Pay when on stand-by as all other workers (Bands H and above). GMB Rotherham is also Campaigning to get all workers (Bands A to G (SCP 02 to 23) Holiday Entitlement brought up inline with all Higher paid workers (Bands H and above) who receive up to additional 7 Days leave throughout the year.
